Eve Yelinek, LPC-Owner/Therapist
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am currently earning my doctorate in Psychology with a focus in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My work supports insightful adults who are seeking growth, clarity, and meaningful change during seasons of transition, including divorce, career changes, college adjustment, burnout, identity shifts, and personal reinvention.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded. I believe therapy works best when there is genuine connection, emotional safety, and honest reflection. I help clients better understand their patterns, strengthen boundaries, move through emotional blocks, and reconnect with a stronger sense of internal alignment.
I am fully trained in EMDR and use it as a tool to help clients move through emotional blockages that may keep them feeling stuck. I also incorporate structured imagery, focused attention, and subconscious belief work to support reprocessing, shift limiting patterns, and forward movement. In addition to therapy, I provide workplace consultation, executive coaching, and life coaching grounded in clinical training, organizational psychology, and evidence-based strategies.

Alexa Esposito, MA, ATR-Art Therapist
As a professional, I am strongly committed to helping others process and work through the challenges that arise in life. I believe early intervention is crucial in promoting knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of caring for one’s mental health. Having the opportunity to not only be an integral part of someone else’s therapeutic journey, but to witness the positive impact and change that occurs first
hand, is what I find to be most rewarding. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Counseling. I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), and a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS). A Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), as defined by the Department of State, is an individual who is gaining supervised clinical experience to become a licensed professional counselor. I have over three years of experience working in the Mental Health field. My focus has been on serving children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 years. I’ve worked with a range of diagnoses, including, but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual and Developmental
Disabilities. I have experience working in both schools and outpatient settings, where I’ve developed a strong passion for building genuine connections, fostering creativity, and promoting individual self-expression within every client. I prefer to utilize an eclectic approach drawing from art therapy, person-centered, strength-based, and play therapy techniques to offer unconditional support and guidance to youth. I’m also a trained vocalist and have been learning to play the guitar with the intention of integrating music therapy
techniques into my future practice.
