Eve Yelinek, LPC-Owner/Therapist
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and private practice owner with nearly 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University and am currently completing my doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care, EMDR therapy, nervous system regulation, attachment work, and practical skill-building for clients who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change.
I work best with adults who are insightful, overwhelmed, high-functioning, burned out, or tired of repeating the same emotional patterns. Many of my clients are helpers, professionals, parents, caregivers, or individuals who have spent much of their lives carrying responsibility for others while struggling to feel supported themselves.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should provide more than temporary relief. It should help you identify the beliefs, patterns, and protective responses that keep you stuck while building the clarity and confidence needed to move forward. Sessions may include EMDR, trauma processing, nervous system education, boundary work, and practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions.
My doctoral work in Industrial-Organizational Psychology has deepened my understanding of burnout, workplace stress, leadership, systems, and the impact of environment on emotional well-being. This allows me to support clients not only as individuals, but as people navigating families, careers, relationships, workplaces, and larger systems that affect their mental health.
My goal is to create a therapy space that feels steady, honest, and useful. I value clients who are ready to reflect, take ownership of their healing, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

Alexa Esposito, MA, ATR-Art Therapist
As a professional, I am strongly committed to helping others process and work through the challenges that arise in life. I believe early intervention is crucial in promoting knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of caring for one’s mental health. Having the opportunity to not only be an integral part of someone else’s therapeutic journey, but to witness the positive impact and change that occurs first
hand, is what I find to be most rewarding. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Counseling. I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), and a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS). A Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), as defined by the Department of State, is an individual who is gaining supervised clinical experience to become a licensed professional counselor. I have over three years of experience working in the Mental Health field. My focus has been on serving children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 years. I’ve worked with a range of diagnoses, including, but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual and Developmental
Disabilities. I have experience working in both schools and outpatient settings, where I’ve developed a strong passion for building genuine connections, fostering creativity, and promoting individual self-expression within every client. I prefer to utilize an eclectic approach drawing from art therapy, person-centered, strength-based, and play therapy techniques to offer unconditional support and guidance to youth. I’m also a trained vocalist and have been learning to play the guitar with the intention of integrating music therapy
techniques into my future practice.
