Eve Yelinek, LPC-Owner/Therapist
I am the owner of Yelinek Therapy Services LLC, a trauma-informed group practice serving children, adolescents, and families in Westmoreland County. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the unique challenges faced by those in the helping professions. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful approach that helps individuals heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences.
Alongside my therapy practice, I am also the owner of Strategic Wellness Solutions LLC, where I bring my expertise as a doctoral student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology into the consulting space. Through this work, I partner with schools, businesses, and organizations to strengthen employee well-being, improve leadership practices, and create healthier, more sustainable workplaces.
Whether working one-on-one in therapy or guiding organizations through meaningful change, my mission is to restore balance, foster resilience, and help people and systems thrive.

Ann Beckel, MA, ATR-Art Therapist
I believe that a strong therapeutic rapport is the heart of meaningful growth in therapy. When we feel truly seen, heard, and understood, we are better able to explore our experiences, reflect on our patterns, and take steps toward change. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable to be themselves, no matter what challenges they may be facing.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, which means I value each client’s unique perspective and believe that you are the expert of your own life. I work alongside my clients, offering support, guidance, and encouragement as we navigate the journey together. I strive to meet people where they are, honoring their pace while helping them uncover new insights and tools for growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Counseling and am a Registered Art Therapist. Creativity can be a powerful way to explore feelings and experiences that are difficult to put into words. In sessions, I often incorporate art and the creative process to help clients process emotions, gain clarity, and express themselves in new ways. Whether through drawing, painting, collage, or other forms of artmaking, this approach allows for deeper self-understanding and healing beyond traditional talk therapy.
I also bring personal experience to my work, having navigated the loss of my father at a young age. Experiencing grief firsthand has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of loss. This experience informs my approach to grief therapy, allowing me to connect with clients in a compassionate and authentic way.
In addition to my art therapy work, I am currently pursuing my Animal-Assisted Therapy Certificate. I am excited to soon integrate my therapy dog-in-training, Bear, into sessions as a comforting and supportive presence. Animals can offer a unique kind of connection and grounding that supports emotional regulation and overall well-being.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization, inpatient, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy. My specialties include supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and significant life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with clients during times of change—whether it’s starting a new school, transitioning to college, beginning a new career, or navigating changes in relationships or identity.
No matter your reason for seeking therapy, my hope is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your inner world, discover your strengths, and find meaningful ways to move forward.

Alexa Esposito, MA, ATR-P-Art Therapist
As a professional, I am strongly committed to helping others process and work through the challenges that arise in life. I believe early intervention is crucial in promoting knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of caring for one’s mental health. Having the opportunity to not only be an integral part of someone else’s therapeutic journey, but to witness the positive impact and change that occurs first hand, is what I find to be most rewarding. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Counseling. I am a Registered Provisional Art Therapist (ATR-P), Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), and a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS). I have over three years of experience working in the Mental Health field. My focus has been on serving children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 years. I’ve worked with a range of diagnoses, including, but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
I have experience working in both schools and outpatient settings, where I’ve developed a strong passion for building genuine connections, fostering creativity, and promoting individual self-expression within every client. I prefer to utilize an eclectic approach drawing from art therapy, person-centered, strength-based, and play therapy techniques to offer unconditional support and guidance to youth. I’m also a trained vocalist and have been learning to play the guitar with the intention of integrating music therapy techniques into my future practice.
